Your role as FLT instructor will be to deliver high-quality FLT courses to groups of three learners, instructing and testing them to RTITB standards. You will ensure that all learner records are accurate and maintained in line with policies and procedures, GDPR and contractual requirements.
You will identify suitable learners through possessing excellent communication skills and relationship building with learners and prison staff. You will help overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs. Ensure all learners complete timely in line with our clients' delivery model and programme specification.
You will ensure the paperwork for each completed course is sent to Head office each week.
