Your Role: 🔹 Deliver Engaging Lessons – Teach Personal Development & Employability non accredited courses aligned with standards. 🔹 Adaptive Teaching – Use learning techniques to support learners at all levels, including those with neurodiverse needs. 🔹 Boost Literacy & Digital Skills – Integrate reading and digital literacy into lessons to enhance employability. 🔹 Create a Restorative Learning Environment – Encourage personal growth, self-reflection, and responsibility. 🔹 Collaborate for Success – Work closely with prison staff, employers, and skills coaches to support learners’ career pathways. 🔹 Tailored Learning Plans – Develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to meet learners' needs and goals. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ A teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, CET, or equivalent). ✔️ Ideally you will have a Level 2 qualification in PSD, Employability, or Life Skills. ✔️ Experience in teaching, coaching, or vocational training, ideally in a prison or similar setting. ✔️ A passion for adaptive teaching, literacy development, and employability training. ✔️ Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills. * Other info: Prepare for prison security clearance; flexible locations and driving license required.
