Business Development Executive for our clients Customer Acquisition Team. Based in Darlington, Co Durham, North East office based - free parking.
Salary is £30,236 to £33,949 basic - Average annual bonus £15,000 (our clients uncapped bonus scheme means top performers can earn significantly more).

Our Darlington based "Outstanding" Training Provider are looking for driven individuals to join their sales team as Business Development Executives (various levels). This office-based role offers the possibility of hybrid working after probationary period. The company champions professional development through work-based learning programmes.

What you'll be doing:
- Generate new business across a wide range of industries, identifying organisations that could benefit from our apprenticeship and training solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, using a consultative approach to understand their challenges and deliver the right solutions.
- Own your sales pipeline, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
- Use LinkedIn, CRM and sales intelligence tools to identify new opportunities and develop your personal brand.
- Create and deliver tailored proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of Baltics programmes.
- Work closely with our clients Sales Development team and wider business to maximise opportunities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, organised and genuinely motivated by sales success. You'll be confident speaking to senior stakeholders, comfortable influencing and negotiating, and able to turn customer challenges into compelling solutions.
We need you to have experience in a B2B sales or business development environment, with a track record of working to targets and managing a sales pipeline. Most importantly, you'll be customer-focused, resilient, open to feedback and hungry to develop.
