- You’ll deliver engaging teaching across Level 5 & 7 Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring programmes, helping experienced professionals:
- Navigate CQC expectations and regulatory frameworks
- Apply leadership strategies aligned with the NHS long-term vision
- Develop coaching, mentoring, and reflective leadership skills
- Translate theory into real workplace impact
This isn’t classroom lecturing; it’s facilitated, experience-led learning grounded in your career.
What we’re looking for:
- Senior or middle-senior management experience within the NHS or healthcare sector
- Strong understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and clinical governance
- Experience with CQC compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks
- Passion for developing others and sharing best practice
- Teaching experience is welcome but not essential. We value your sector expertise first.
