Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach
Wythenshawe, Manchester
Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday up to £42,250 (including car allowance) 34 days holidays (including bank holidays) to start rising to 43 after year 5, support, CPD, induction, IT Kit, eye tests, Long service rewards, wellbeing initiatives, birthday off, progression opportunities and much more.
Are you ready to inspire the next generation of refrigeration and air conditioning professionals? One of the UK’s leading apprenticeship providers is looking for a passionate Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Learning Coach to join their growing team. You’ll be supporting learners on their Level 3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning apprenticeship, helping them achieve their full potential, while working out in the field and delivering training onsite in Manchester.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions onsite in Manchester for refrigeration and air conditioning apprentices.
- Travel and meet apprentices in their workplace and carry out coaching sessions.
- Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey, ensuring they meet milestones and achieve their qualifications.
- Manage your own caseload of learners, ensuring timely progress and they meet deadlines.
- Take responsibility for planning and managing your own diary effectively.
- Provide constructive feedback and capture evidence for learning, achievement, and compliance with Ofsted and funding requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive refrigeration and air conditioning experience, ideally from working in the industry and/or with a training provider.
- Someone who loves sharing knowledge and wants a role that combines fieldwork with learner support.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
- Desirable: Coaching or Assessor qualifications (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33).
- Knowledge of government-funded training.
