You’ll deliver engaging teaching across Level 5 & 7 Leadership & Management and Coaching & Mentoring programmes, helping experienced professionals:

  • Navigate CQC expectations and regulatory frameworks
  • Apply leadership strategies aligned with the NHS long-term vision
  • Develop coaching, mentoring, and reflective leadership skills
  • Translate theory into real workplace impact

This isn't classroom lecturing; it's facilitated, experience-led learning grounded in your career.

What we're looking for

  • Senior or middle-senior management experience within the NHS or healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan and clinical governance
  • Experience with CQC compliance, audits, or regulatory frameworks
  • Passion for developing others and sharing best practice
  • Teaching experience is welcome but not essential. We value your sector expertise first.
