Adult and Community Learning Skills Coach to start April - Interviewing asap. Community based delivery across South Yorkshire to £32k Permanent Full Time, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas and birthday off, Healthcare, vouchers, team events, progression opportunities.

The Adult & Community Learning Skills Coach will deliver high quality teaching, assessment, and learner support across a range of short, community-based adult learning programmes funded through the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority (SYMCA) Adult Skills Fund (ASF). Delivery will take place across community venues and programmes will range from short courses (minimum 15 days) to longer programmes (up to 20 weeks).

The role supports adults aged 19+, many of whom may face complex barriers to learning, including mental health challenges, autism, low confidence, unemployment, or previous negative experiences of education.
