With demand for services increasing, they are making significant investments in their transport and logistics division and we need a leader to drive it forward.

As Logistics Apprenticeship Manager, you will:
Build and lead a high-performing delivery team
Oversee the effective delivery of all logistics programmes across the business Collaborate with the Operations Manager on strategic planning and performance
Monitor learner progress, success rates, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Develop and expand training provision into new areas and sectors
Create and manage operational plans aligned with company growth objectives
Work seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth, integrated delivery Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with learners, customers, and employers
Drive learner and customer recruitment to meet monthly sales targets Project manage new contracts, including comprehensive course development and implementation
We\’re seeking an Apprenticeship Manager with: Proven experience in a management role within the training and logistics industry. Essential experience with government-funded programmes, particularly Apprenticeships.
Strong contract and staff management expertise. Excellent knowledge of government funding compliance.
Certs/qualifications as a trainer with relevant teaching, assessing, and training certifications.
Ideally, occupational competence in logistics and Class 1 (LGV) driving, and a strong understanding or qualification in Transport Management. Our ideal candidates attributes include:
