Our client are recruiting for an Automotive Skills Development Tutor to design, deliver, and continuously enhance high-quality training across multiple funding streams.
In this role, you’ll support learners to achieve meaningful outcomes by developing their knowledge, skills, behaviours, and attitudes.

- Account manages a learner caseload in line with our business KPI's, and to support facilitate progression and securing repeat business.
- Plan and design face to face and blended digital sequential curriculum to promote the attainment of retainable knowledge, skills and behaviours.
- Mark/feedback students' work provide structured actions for learners to undertake to complete their programme.
- Accurately track KSB progress of all learners and effectively risk band their timely progress and achievement against a set of KPI measures.
- Undertake and log industrial and pedological continuing professional development.
- Ensure risk assessments are in place and reviewed annually so that learners are safe.
- Support the team's continual professional attainment and development through leading on and participating in a range of internal quality assurance activities.
About you
- At least five year's vocational industry experience within the specialist subject area.
- Some experience in teaching, learning and assessment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the specialist subject area and relevant professional qualifications.
- Experience of teaching and learning quality standards, particularly Ofsted requirements.
- Qualified, or working towards, a Diploma in Education and Training or an equivalent qualification.

- Significant number of years vocational industry experience within the specialist subject area.
- Experience working to teaching and learning quality standards, including OFSTED requirements.
- Some experience in teaching, learning and assessment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational and workload-planning abilities.

- Creative ability to design innovative, engaging and impactful learning materials.
