What you need
- 5-7 years experience in project management (brand, consulting, or agency background)
- Track record of managing complex, high-stakes projects
- Strong client relationship skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing requirements
- Understanding of creative process (you don't need to design, but you need to understand how designers work)
- Experience managing budgets £50k-£500k+

- Manage brand transformation projects end-to-end
