About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Branch Colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within a successful high street service retailer. You will work across multiple branches once fully trained, delivering a range of services and providing excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Delivering a variety of in-store services, including:
    • Key cutting
    • Watch and mobile phone repairs
    • Engraving
    • Shoe repairs
    • Photo processing
  • Maintaining high store standards
  • Supporting team members across different locations

  • No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
