About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Branch Colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within a successful high street service retailer. You will work across multiple branches once fully trained, delivering a range of services and providing excellent customer service. Your own transport and full licence is essential & travel will be paid for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Delivering a variety of in-store services, including:
- Key cutting
- Watch and mobile phone repairs
- Engraving
- Shoe repairs
- Photo processing
- Maintaining high store standards
- Supporting team members across different locations
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and fun personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A willingness to learn new skills

- A full driving licence and access to your own transport
- No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
