Branch Colleague for Timpson Ltd, a Service Based Retail Company
Locations: Scarborough North Yorkshire (we have multiple branches in Scarborough so ideally a driving licence with vehicle needed)
Job Type: Permanent Full time, Mobile Colleague Position covering branches once fully trained
Pay between: £26,624 (+ uncapped Bonus )
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Branch Colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within a successful high street service retailer.
You will work across multiple branches once fully trained, delivering a range of services and providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing outstanding customer service
Delivering a variety of in-store services, including:
- Key cutting
- Watch and mobile phone repairs
- Engraving
- Shoe repairs
- Photo processing
- Maintaining high store standards
- Supporting team members across different locations
What We're Looking For

- A willingness to learn new skills
- A smart and professional appearance
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport
- No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours
40 hours per week
5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
Overtime available once trained
