The Oyster Catcher is looking for a new seasonal bar manager, we are a beachside venue with 4 bars running through peak season.
Wills Bar has a funky, chilled beach vibe with quirky but fun cocktails and very much a party vibe during summer months. It offers quality coffee and cakes in the morning, then from 4pm cranks the music up, gets the cocktails going and delivers the vibe. Live music includes DJs, saxophonists, themed events, topped off with our end of season party "Dance in the Dunes".
The Dune bar is a pop-up caravan with a grab-and-go style of service where you can quickly grab a drink and sit in the garden on the wave table to chill. The External Bar serves refreshing draught beers.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to grab hold of a job and make it your own. You will be working extremely hard through the summer season, however, you will have a good time with some great colleagues whilst doing so.
