Timpson Barbershop is seeking an experienced barber to join our dynamic team temporarily. We are looking for individuals who are not only talented and creative but also passionate about providing excellent customer service. **Position: Experienced Barber**
**Wage: – Competitive/Negotiable (to be discussed during interview)
**Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (Sickness Cover)
**Key Responsibilities**
– Provide high-quality barbering services, including trendy haircuts, classic shaves, and detailed beard trims, tailored to each client\’s unique style.
– Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend styles that enhance their appearance and confidence.
– Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming barbershop environment, ensuring tools and workspaces meet the highest hygiene standards.
– Build meaningful relationships with clients by demonstrating genuine care, attentiveness, and expertise, encouraging repeat business.
– Stay current with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to consistently deliver exceptional services that exceed client expectations.
**What We\’re Looking For **
– Extensive experience as a barber (2 years minimum), with a portfolio showcasing a variety of styles and techniques.
– Proficiency in both traditional and modern barbering practices, with a keen eye for detail.
– Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, making clients feel at ease.
– Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, efficiently managing multiple clients while providing outstanding service.
– A valid barbering license and relevant certifications to showcase your qualifications.
