The Nest is one of Manchesters most vibrant and versatile event venues, hosting everything from corporate meetings and training sessions to creative networking events. Position: Front of House Event Colleague (Zero-Hour Contract)
Location: Wythenshawe

What Youll Be Doing
Front of House & Guest Experience
- Welcome and assist guests, providing a warm, professional first impression
- Support with meeting and event setups from arranging rooms to setting out refreshments
- Ensure catering areas and event spaces are clean, tidy, and well presented at all times
- Provide assistance during events topping up refreshments, helping with AV, and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and last-minute requests
Event & Venue Support
- Help with behind-the-scenes admin such as scheduling, signage, and feedback forms
- Support the team with social media content and promotional activity
- Take part in creative planning sessions to bring fresh ideas to events at The Nest
