Are you looking for a role with a well-established family-run business that will consider you as part of their family? Here at Timpson & Flock Inns, we are seeking great personalities to join us! The Partridge, Stretton, is our restaurant with 10 newly refurbished bedrooms and plans to develop and extend the entire site further in the next 12 months. We are looking for a strong chef de partie to join our long-standing team and help strengthen it for the future.

Hours: 40 hours per week plus overtime

Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour plus gratuity

Live-in opportunity available

The role:

  • Preparation and execution of high-quality food for our guests, achieving our service goals and standards.
  • Effectively run a section of a busy kitchen, managing orders, workloads, and maintaining standards.
  • Assist the Sous Chef with creating daily specials and menu development.
  • In charge of running an individual kitchen section.
  • Work closely with junior team members to support their learning, development, and evolution.
  • Display kindness and lead by example to all colleagues.
  • Assist colleagues with record keeping, deep cleaning, and H&S procedures and compliance.
