Overview

Timpson is seeking a Branch Colleague/Trainee manager to join our high street service team. Location: Gilligham and surrounding areas (driving Licence essential). Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time. Salary: £25,480 per annum plus uncapped weekly bonus. Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with overtime opportunities available post-training.

Responsibilities

• Support a successful high street service team with Timpson’s range of services including Key Cutting, Watch Repairs, Photo Processing and Dry Cleaning.
• Operate and promote Timpson services with training provided.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and participate in daily acts of kindness as part of our culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is valued; training provided.
• Driving licence is essential for this role (location coverage).
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company; ability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
