Position Type: Permanent Full Time
Pay: Starting at £12.75 per hour, increasing to £12.80 per hour after a successful trial period. Opportunity to earn an uncapped weekly bonus.
Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained.
Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will be to effectively support the Area Manager and branches in the area with a Repairs and Alteration service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:- Carry out all types of alterations and repairs, including shortening and lengthening garments.
- Take in or let out garments to adjust size.
- Replace broken zippers in garments.
- Perform other related repair and alteration work.
- Shorten curtains.
- Help serve customers in the branch and discuss their needs, including fittings.
- Perform an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day.
