Retail Assistant A83 – Timpson Group
Store Sales Assistant for Max Spielmann, a service‑based retail company in the Timpson Group. This role is based in Stafford and surrounding areas.
Key Details
- Location: Stafford (and surrounding area)
- Job type: Permanent, Full‑time
- Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends; some overtime may be required after training
- Pay: Starting at £25,480 per annum, increasing to £25,584 after a successful trial period
- Bonus: Uncapped weekly bonus available
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support, welcoming customers and answering queries.
- Operate photographic services, including prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts and basic Photoshop work.
- Assist with everyday branch operations and management tasks across multiple Stafford area locations.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure a vibrant and successful retail environment.
- Attend full‑time training covering all products, services, customer care and branch management.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality or another customer‑focused role is desirable but not required.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, proactive attitude.
