Role Overview
We’re looking for someone with great standards, a fun and friendly personality, and a drive for customer service. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour position, working 5 out of 7 days with 2 days off per week. The role is based in Gateshead but involves covering different locations across Tyne and Wear. Successful candidates must be prepared to travel a reasonable distance for training and to support branches around the region.

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across our stores.
- Manage daily sales, cash handling, and retail operations.
- Assist in the creation and display of printed and photo products.
- Support branch coverage and training across Tyne and Wear.

Starting salary is £12.25 per hour, rising to £12.30 per hour once probation is complete. In addition, you can enjoy an uncapped weekly bonus.
