- Job Title: Mobile Branch Manager
- Location: Tunbridge Wells (and surrounding area)
- Job Type: Permanent / Temporary / Full Time / Part Time
- Pay: Starting at £26,520 per annum, increasing to £27,560 per annum following a successful trial period. Uncapped weekly bonus available.
- Hours: 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends, with some overtime available when trained.
- Coverage: Must cover multiple branches in surrounding areas. A full driver’s licence and mode of transport are essential.
Job Description
- Oversee operations in various branches and provide a relief service to any branch within the area when a colleague is absent.
- Ensure policies and procedures are complied with and promote a positive working environment through proper training and assessment.
- Operate flexibly across a broad range of activities to support the company’s need to adapt to change and provide a first‑class service.
- Work closely with Area Managers and Area Development Managers to ensure effective running of the area.
- Complete an act of kindness for customers or colleagues every day.
