Overview
This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Liverpool and the surrounding area. The starting salary is £25,480 per annum, increasing to £25,584 after a successful trial period, with an uncapped weekly bonus.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer‑focused service in a high‑street retail setting.
- Operate photographic services such as prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts and Photoshop.
- Use initiative to complete diverse customer requests efficiently.
- Support branch operations across multiple locations in Liverpool.
- Attend training and ongoing development in customer service, management and retail operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or any customer‑facing role is advantageous but not required.
- Willingness to work a 40‑hour week, including weekends and occasional overtime.
