An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our expanding field service team. You will help look after our growing estate of photobooths, photo printing, and key-cutting machines. You will be responsible for routine service, preventive maintenance scheduling, and merchandising for a designated area of machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.

We are looking for a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of the area who will travel to service machines in surrounding areas.

We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. You will multitask and use your initiative to ensure all of our photobooths, photo printing kiosks and key machines are up and running and look great, turning first-time customers into customers for life. The role is more than a field service engineer; for the right person, it is rewarding and enjoyable. Our business encourages a fun and buzzy atmosphere, with energy and motivation being key.

Requirements:
  • Full driving licence
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to maintain high personal standards
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days

Key Responsibilities:
  • To replenish and restock machines
  • To carry out preventative service visits within a pre-determined territory
  • To complete site surveys for new machine installations
  • To clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
  • To carry out cash removals and deposits
  • To complete repairs as part of an ongoing maintenance program
  • To manage stock on-site and in vehicles
  • To provide support or holiday cover to field engineers in other territories
  • To establish strong working relationships with colleagues and concession partners
  • To be kind, helpful, and professional to all colleagues and customers
  • To present a smart appearance with a name badge and uniform, leaving machines in better condition than found
