About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, customer‑focused individual to run one of our branches in Dumfries. You will use your initiative to deliver a range of photographic services (prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop) to customers. Full training will be provided – no prior experience required.
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the branch
- Provide excellent customer service and promote and sell services
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness
- Train and support team members in service delivery and customer interaction
- Assist with inventory, stock replenishment and stock taking
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, corporate standards and best practice
Qualifications
- Strong personality with good communication skills
- Drive to succeed and commitment to excellent customer experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional overtime
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
