An exciting opportunity to join our expanding field service team responsible for our growing estate of photobooths, photo printing, and key-cutting machines. You will be responsible for routine service, preventive maintenance scheduling, and merchandising for a designated area of machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.
Role Details
- Field Service Engineer - Full Time
- 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days
- Location: Doncaster, UK (candidate within ~10 miles preferred; travel to surrounding areas required)
- Salary: £29,952 per annum + bonus scheme
Responsibilities
- Replenish and restock machines
- Carry out preventative service visits within a pre-determined territory
- Complete site surveys for new machine installations
- Clean machines to maintain excellent condition for customers
- Carry out cash removals and deposits
- Complete repairs as part of an ongoing maintenance program
- Manage stock on-site and in vehicles
- Provide support or holiday cover to field engineers in other territories
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues and concession partners
- Be kind and helpful to colleagues and customers
- Maintain smart appearance, wear the name badge and uniform, and leave machines in a better condition than found
Qualifications and Requirements
- Full driving licence
- Self-motivated, bonus-minded, eager to learn new skills
- Willingness to work 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
- Access to or willingness to use a company vehicle
