This is a full-time, on-site Internal Sales role based in Kingswinford. The primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, supporting the sales team, and handling inquiries from existing and potential clients. The role requires proactive communication with clients to identify their needs, prepare quotes, and track orders to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the Internal Sales team collaborates closely with other departments to align with company sales strategies and goals including supporting the external team and occasional customer site visits.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Sales and Sales Management experience to handle customer accounts, generate quotes, and meet targets.
  • Ability to deliver and support Training related to products and services.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office suite is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in an industrial or B2B environment is beneficial.
