You’re not looking for “some exposure” to deals anymore. You want to run them properly. At this level, you’ve probably had enough of job adverts that say “transaction exposure” and then turn out to mean sitting in the background updating slides, chasing data and waiting for someone else to make the decisions. This role is different.
You’ll be joining a Corporate Finance team that works with privately owned, owner-managed and small to mid-market listed companies, typically on transactions between £1 million and £50 million. The work includes both domestic and cross-border projects, so there is enough variety to keep things interesting without pushing you miles away from the clients and business owners behind the deal.
You’ll report directly to a Director or Partner and be trusted to run the delivery of client assignments from start to finish, making sure the work is sharp, commercial, accurate and delivered on time. The work is mid-market, hands-on and close to the client.
The firm’s Corporate Finance team provides advisory and transaction support to a wide range of businesses, from owner-managed companies through to larger enterprises.
