You’re good at accounts prep. Now you need a role that helps you become more than that. At this stage in your practice career, you probably don’t want to be stuck churning out the same accounts files with no real development. You want variety. You want better technical exposure. You want to work with different client types, build confidence speaking to clients, and keep progressing towards qualification and beyond.

You’ll be joining the Letchworth office of a fast-growing Top 20 accountancy firm, working with a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors. The focus is mainly accounts preparation, but there is also exposure to corporation tax, personal tax and client liaison, so you’ll keep building a broader practice skill set rather than being boxed into one narrow area too early.

This is a good move if you’re AAT qualified, ACA or ACCA part-qualified, or looking to continue studying, and you want a role that gives you opportunities for growth.
