What The Job Involves
Managing a portfolio of pension fund clients, reporting directly to the engagement Partner
Leading statutory audits from planning through to completion
Acting as the principal point of contact for your clients
Managing and reviewing the work of your audit team, supporting their development
Drafting audit planning documents and findings reports
Identifying value-add recommendations that strengthen client governance
Delivering high-quality, profitable work to deadline and to the firm's professional standards
What You'll Need
Professional qualification (ACA, CA or ACCA)
Solid audit grounding, including pension scheme audit experience and a good understanding of the Pensions SORP
Good working knowledge of the pensions sector and its regulatory landscape
Ability to support and mentor team members
Confidence juggling multiple clients with competing demands
