Bring your dual-qualified expertise to a genuinely international book of work
For a Manager (or near-Manager) with US/UK trust and estate expertise, this role offers something not every firm can: a proper cross-border client base, a team that lives and breathes transatlantic tax, and a clear, personalised route toward Director or Partner.
Why this firm
This is a top 20 UK accountancy and advisory firm with a long-established international outlook and membership of a global network of independent firms, giving genuinely global reach and connections for cross-border work. It has grown steadily in recent years through acquisition and investment, while staying independently branded and culturally distinct. Structured, year-round CPD support is built in, alongside mentorship from senior leadership to develop your softer skills, such as client handling and staff management, and personal coaching tailored to your own ambitions, including a defined path toward Director or Partner if that's where you want to go. The firm has picked up multiple industry awards in recent years for both technical excellence and workplace culture, and staff satisfaction, independently measured, sits comfortably above the industry benchmark.
