We're now looking for a dependable and customer-focused Drayman to join our distribution team. If you take pride in providing exceptional service, enjoy working in a hands-on role, and want to represent one of the most respected breweries in the country, this could be the job for you.

Role Purpose:

As a Drayman, you'll be one of the faces of Timothy Taylor's, ensuring our award-winning beers are delivered safely, on time and with care to our customers. You'll play a vital role in maintaining product quality, supporting warehouse and transport operations, and helping uphold the high standards that define our brand.

You'll work from our Keighley site, typically starting at 6am, with occasional weekend or evening work to support brewery events or peak trading periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, transport and deliver beer and related products to customers safely and accurately.
  • Collect empty casks and kegs, ensuring correct paperwork and returns management.
  • Provide excellent customer service, acting as a positive ambassador for the brewery.
  • Operate vehicles in compliance with all road safety and brewery procedures.
  • Support warehouse and yard operations, including stock movement and order preparation.
  • Assist with cellar management at customer sites when required.
  • Maintain vehicles, equipment and delivery areas in good condition.
  • Adhere to all health, safety and manual handling procedures.
  • Support brewery events, festivals and taproom activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Holds a Category C (or above) driving licence and valid Driver CPC.
  • Can safely carry out manual handling of heavy casks and kegs (training provided).
  • Is dependable, punctual and professional in representing our brand.
  • Has great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Is customer-focused and takes pride in doing things properly.
  • Is flexible and willing to support across transport and warehouse functions.
