Timothy Loh is a Hong Kong based corporate and dispute resolution law firm with a long track record of working with the world's top international law firms and other sophisticated consumers of legal services. With the launch of our new London office, we are looking for a senior corporate lawyer to practise Hong Kong and international law. We believe in long term career development and personal growth within the firm. We offer ample in-house career advancement opportunities based on merit.
The candidate will work alongside the Head of London and senior leadership in Hong Kong to build up the London office and service our clients. The practice will focus on corporate and commercial law matters, including M&A with particular focus on private equity and financial sector transactions, capital raising, fund formation, insolvency and restructuring and the provision of regulatory, employment and tax advice.
- Law degree
- ~5 yrs PQE with no less than 3 years of experience in Hong Kong law matters
- ~ International law firm experience is preferred
- ~ High level of proficiency in written and spoken English (essential) and Mandarin Chinese
- ~ Pragmatism and commercial astuteness with an eye for detail
