As a Paralegal, you will support the Wills & Probate team to deliver outstanding client service. You will manage administration, assist with cases and play a key role in keeping files organised and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Assisting Fee Earners with aspects of their caseloads
- Handling file openings/closings, billing, and preparing correspondence
- Maintaining files, saving documents and emails to the case management system
- Liaising with clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing documents and notes for appointments
- Assisting with document storage and retrieval
- Providing reception cover when needed
- Referring matters outside your expertise promptly to fee earners or Head of Department
- Recording time accurately and ensuring work is progressed efficiently
- Keeping training records up to date and maintaining professional standards
