As a Paralegal, you will support the Wills & Probate team to deliver outstanding client service. You will manage administration, assist with cases and play a key role in keeping files organised and up to date.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting Fee Earners with aspects of their caseloads
  • Handling file openings/closings, billing, and preparing correspondence
  • Maintaining files, saving documents and emails to the case management system
  • Liaising with clients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing documents and notes for appointments
  • Assisting with document storage and retrieval
  • Providing reception cover when needed
  • Referring matters outside your expertise promptly to fee earners or Head of Department
  • Recording time accurately and ensuring work is progressed efficiently
  • Keeping training records up to date and maintaining professional standards
