As our New Business Co‑ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and introducers, handling enquiries from start to finish and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Your role

  • Handling all new enquiries via phone, email, online platforms and referral partners
  • Providing clear and accurate information about our Wills & Probate services and processes
  • Preparing and issuing tailored quotations quickly and professionally
  • Following up on outstanding quotes to maximise conversion rates
  • Building strong relationships with clients, introducers and other stakeholders
  • Collecting client information and ensuring full AML and regulatory compliance
  • Opening new matters accurately on case management systems (Minerva and P4W)
  • Issuing client care packs and onboarding documentation promptly
  • Maintaining and updating the new business pipeline and tracking enquiries
  • Supporting the wider Wills & Probate team to ensure matters are ready to progress
  • Providing regular reporting on enquiry trends and conversion performance
  • Maintaining high standards of confidentiality and data protection
