We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Solicitor / Legal Executive, 3-5 years PQE, to join our Wills & Probate team, managing a varied caseload and supporting colleagues while delivering outstanding client care. This role is about more than just technical expertise; it is about being a trusted adviser to individuals and families at key life moments.
Your role
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts.
- Provide supervision to junior colleagues and contribute to the department’s continued success.
- Handle a varied caseload of private client matters.
- Supervise and mentor secretarial and junior fee earning staff.
- Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Ensure accurate billing, time recording and credit control.
- Uphold confidentiality and SRA compliance at all times.
- Liaise with colleagues and external organisations effectively.
- Support the promotion and business development of the department.
