Des-Case/RMF Systems is a worldwide leading manufacturer of contamination control products for industrial lubricants with a strong legacy. We are also part of Timken Corporation’s Industrial Motion platform. The Des-Case mission is to improve reliability, sustainability, and operational efficiency by solving customers’ lubricant contamination challenges with leading and innovative products and services.
To support the continued growth of Des-Case/RMF, we are looking for an experienced and decisive Regional Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland & Nordic market, starting immediately.
What are you going to do?
- Goal: Realising sales plans, maintaining customer relationships, and translating customer wishes into technical and commercial solutions.
- Result area 1: Development and implementation
- Responsible for drawing up sales and budget plans and achieving set sales objectives regarding multidisciplinary issues.
- Identifies and inventories the customer's wishes on a multidisciplinary level, responds to them commercially and offers tailor-made solutions.
- Ensures that customer wishes are translated into tailor-made solutions.
- Responsible for preparing, monitoring and following up on the quotations issued.
- Conducts negotiations on contracts and conditions.
- Result area 2: Acquisition and relationship management
- Maintains contacts with existing customers and is responsible for attracting new customers.
- Identifies complaints and ensures that they are resolved.
- Takes care of after-sales.
- High proficiency within our CRM to develop and maintain product database, including managing opportunities and sales stages.
- Result area 3: Business development
- Ensures business development in a multidisciplinary area and translates this into sales plans.
- Helps determine the objectives and implements and directs the marketing policy.
- Identifies and determines the needs in the market about the assigned market segment and/or region and responds accordingly.

- Base pay 72,500 - 83,000 GBP depending on your knowledge and experience.

What do you bring to the role?
- Proven expertise in sales > 10 years, with strong experience in distributor management, ideally in technical/industrial sales.
- Maintaining relationships with your partners and building new ones is your key goal.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience in a technical environment is essential.
- Travelling: 40-60% of the time within your region + traveling to Holland 3-5 times a year.
- Structured approach to sales planning, execution, and administration.
