IMECH engineers and manufactures radial bearings, thrust bearings, and other critical components for the down hole oil and gas market. Our proprietary coatings and heat treatment protect customer-supplied components such as mandrels, fishing tools, and conveyors in oil and gas, mining, power generation, and plastics industries.

What will you do?

  • Produce a quality coating and coated product by following written and verbal instructions.
  • Accurately measure and record all pertinent data.
  • Document discrepancies in materials and/or process.
  • Self-inspect work produced as well as work produced by others.
  • Monitor inventory of raw materials, tools, and supplies.
  • Continue to learn and assist in developing new techniques for new products.
  • Maintain all work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Follow safety guidelines including wearing required PPE.
  • Communicate to management any quality issues and non-conformances.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
