TimeXtender is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial Chief Revenue Officer to drive our next phase of international growth. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll join our Executive Circle and lead all commercial operations as we scale globally. Time is our only finite resource, which is why we constantly strive to simplify, automate, and execute on what matters most. TimeXtender automates data integration workflows using metadata and advanced AI. Our low-code solution allows you to rapidly ingest, prepare, and deliver business-ready data, all while reducing operational costs and ensuring your infrastructure is secure and future-proof.
Your impact: As CRO, you will shape and execute our revenue strategy, optimise go-to-market plans and build high-performing, distributed teams across sales, marketing and customer success. You will align and scale TimeXtender’s commercial operations to drive ambitious revenue growth. By leveraging data-driven strategies and scalable processes, you will ensure every commercial function works in sync to achieve our strategic objectives, deliver measurable business results and maximise customer lifetime value through world-class customer experiences.
This role is remote and preferred locations are the UK and Stockholm. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK or Sweden.
What you’ll work on:
- Lead, coach, and scale international and distributed teams across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success to deliver on revenue and retention goals while fostering a culture of excellence, value creation and customer-centricity.
- Drive alignment and co-operation across the commercial organisation - with a focus on shared KPIs, strategy and follow-up to ensure seamless customer journeys from acquisition through renewal and expansion.
- Continuously improve and oversee revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and planning, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery against targets, including customer retention, expansion and satisfaction metrics.
- Set quotas, targets, and annual plans for all revenue-generating functions, to drive both new business and account growth.
- Ramp up direct sales efforts in selected markets, ensuring strong execution and measurable results.
- Drive and oversee effective partner sales enablement, ensuring partners are fully equipped, trained, and supported to successfully sell and support our solutions.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including marketing strategy, sales strategy, customer success strategy and business planning.
- Professionalise and streamline commercial operations by structuring processes, optimising system usage, clarifying roles, and implementing governance structures, while ensuring customer success teams have the tools and frameworks to drive adoption, retention and advocacy.
- Collaborate closely with executive peers and cross-functional teams to align messaging, pricing, business models and customer experience.
- Champion TX’s brand and solutions in the market, and strategically build, nurture and expand influential relationships to accelerate growth and foster customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Provide regular updates and reporting to the CEO, executive team and board.
About you: Demonstrated success leading international and distributed teams across sales, marketing and customer success. Extensive experience in leading both partner sales and direct sales, with a track record in multi-product suite, SaaS or complex sales cycles. Strong experience and expertise in quota and pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and driving sales, marketing, and customer success alignment. Deep understanding of marketing, sales and customer success planning, KPI management, follow-up and automation. Hands-on experience utilising revenue operations (rev-ops) and customer success strategies to drive commercial results, including retention and account expansion. Proven ability to structure, professionalise, and streamline commercial and customer success processes and systems. Skilled in building, coaching, and holding teams accountable for high performance and customer outcomes. Thrives in fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environments, with a self-motivated, entrepreneurial and “doer” mindset. Experience in environments of ongoing change, e.g. that have recently assimilated several companies, broadened their product offerings and are now poised for their next stage of growth is highly regarded. Comfortable with change and adept at navigating complex, high-growth situations.
