Timewise is seeking a Programmes and Advocacy Lead for a hybrid London-based role. You will shape research pilots, influence policy and drive improved frontline job quality while coordinating diverse projects and engaging with employers, regulators and unions.

Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will develop and manage partnerships, communicate insights to varied audiences and contribute to Timewise’s mission with a mix of strategy and hands‑on delivery.
