Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant! Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team! This is a Part-time role (12.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5x 2.5 hour shifts, including weekends due to the nature of the business.

What You'll Be Doing: This role is based within the Gloucester area and includes a mobile element. You’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.

  • Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
  • Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
  • Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
  • Painting walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
  • Working outdoors, with a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).

What We're Looking For: No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following will be beneficial:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers.
  • Basic computer skills to operate site equipment.
  • A basic knowledge of smartphones is essential for this role to ensure communication across internal channels.
  • Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential).
  • A flexible approach and willingness to travel between sites during shifts.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
