You’ll be responsible for the secure management of customer vehicle keys, while also helping to coordinate customer collections from Manchester Airport.
What will you be doing? You’ll be at the heart of the operation, making sure customer keys are safely stored, accurately recorded and available when they’re needed. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and securely storing customer vehicle keys once vehicles have been parked.
- Accurately recording vehicle and key information on our systems.

You’ll also need to be confident communicating with customers and colleagues, both face-to-face and over the telephone and radio. Previous experience in customer service, transport, parking, logistics or another operational environment would be useful, but we’re just as interested in your attitude, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
Why join us? This is an opportunity to become an important part of our Manchester Flightpath operation, working in a fast-paced airport environment where no two days are quite the same.
