TIMES 24 UK is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive short-term management contracts and grow our commercial property portfolio in a dynamic market. You’ll own the full lifecycle from lead generation to proposal development and contract completion, building relationships with supermarkets, leisure centres, hotels, healthcare providers and more.
Working with the BDM and Commercial team, you’ll maintain a robust pipeline, present solutions to stakeholders, and contribute to our growth.
