This is a Fulltime role (37.5 hours p.w), that will see you working 5 days per week including weekends due to the nature of the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
This role is based within the Kingston area and includes a mobile element. You'll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support, ensuring consistent service delivery across the area. This makes it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
- Grounds Maintenance: Keeping the surroundings clean and attractive with tasks like weeding, painting, and cleaning.
- Painting: Walls, stairwells, and bay lines (training is provided).
- Working outdoors: With a requirement to carry out basic landscaping jobs like weeding and hedge trimming (training is provided).
