What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Assistant at our Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh site your role will be more than just managing parking spaces.

You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
  • Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
  • Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.

Requirements
