Join Our Team as a Car Park Attendant. Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team! This is a full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. Working Sunday – Thursday from 8am to 4pm, with Fridays and Saturdays as days off. The role is based within the Coventry area and includes a mobile element – you’ll be required to travel to other nearby sites during your shift to provide operational support and ensure consistent service delivery across the area.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with customers and provide top‑notch service with a positive and professional approach
- Manage vehicle entry and exit efficiently and safely (traffic control)
- Travel between sites during the shift to provide operational cover where needed
- Conduct regular foot patrols to ensure the safety and security of all assigned car parks
- Maintain grounds – keeping sites clean and well‑presented, including weeding, painting and general upkeep
- Carry out maintenance tasks such as painting walls, stairwells and bay lines (full training provided)
- Handle basic landscaping tasks such as hedge trimming and general site maintenance (training provided)
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
- Basic computer skills to operate site equipment
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential)
- A flexible approach and willingness to travel between sites during shifts
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
