We’ve modernised our analytics stack and are looking for a hands‑on web analyst to help teams make faster, smarter decisions using behavioural data. This role is about understanding user journeys, spotting friction, and recommending improvements – not building dashboards or perfect models in isolation. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Editorial, and senior stakeholders to analyse clickstream and event‑level data, identify opportunities for optimisation, and help teams decide what to test, improve, or prioritise next.

What you’ll need:
