We are currently recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join a range of welcoming nursery settings across Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified childcare professionals who are passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities.
  • Creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for all children.
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress.
  • Supporting daily routines including mealtimes, personal care, and outdoor play.
  • Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times.

Essential Requirements

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or an equivalent recognised qualification.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

DBS Refund Available: Candidates who need to apply for a new DBS can receive a full refund after completing 20 days of work.
