Due to continued growth, we are seeking urgent temporary Site Supervisor support based in Wellingborough, up until 31st August 2026. This requirement can be covered by one or two individuals, depending on availability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and securing the site
  • General site supervision and security
  • Health & safety checks
  • Basic maintenance, porterage and room set ups
  • Ensuring the site remains safe, clean and operational

Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Contract: Temporary, day-rate, week-by-week basis

Duration: Immediate start - currently available up to 31st August 2026

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (some flexibility possible)

Preferred Working Pattern

  • Monday - Thursday: 5:30am - 9:30am and 3:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Friday: 5:30am - 10:30am
  • Saturday: 7:30am - 12:00pm

Requirements

  • Must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
  • Right to work documents will be required prior to interview
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
  • Previous site supervision/caretaking experience preferred
