We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools across Hertfordshire for roles starting in September 2026. Role Details
- Location: Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Bushey
- Start Date: September 2026
- Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Contract Type: Term Time Only
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils within the classroom
- Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
- Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
- Assisting with classroom preparation and activities
- Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
- Must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive and adaptable attitude
- Right to work documents will be required prior to interview
